Specifically, the network of collagen fibers and other molecules that support the skin structure are redensified. This results in a more elastic, firm, and supple skin.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To confirm this efficacy in skin rejuvenation for the LAB91 serums and in particular for the Plant Stem Cell Complex contained therein, a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study was recently performed in Switzerland. This is why the study was conducted on skin explants (ex vivo) and not on volunteers directly. These skin explants were obtained from a 51-year-old Caucasian female donor who had undergone plastic surgery.
